By 1991, he had earned his official electrician license, cementing his reputation as a skilled and reliable technician.

After more than two decades of working directly in the electrical field and mastering every aspect of electrical contracting, William co-founded Rimar Electric LLC in 2008 alongside his wife, Sarah, in Winchester, Kentucky. Starting the company with his son, Justin, as one of his original employees, William navigated the early operational challenges of building a local business from the ground up through hard work, technical excellence, and transparent service.

Over the years, William expanded the business from a small family operation into a prominent electrical contracting firm employing between 17 and 25 skilled professionals.
